- Manage and supervise carpenters and technicians in the workshop and/or site
- Distribute tasks and ensure daily progress according to drawings and specifications
- Read and interpret technical/shop drawings
- Coordinate with the design and project teams
- Ensure high quality finishing and on time delivery
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in joinery/carpentry in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of materials (MDF, HPL, Solid Wood, etc.)
- Ability to lead a team and control production timelines
- Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Arabic (optional)
- UAE Driving License is an advantage
