Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods against purchase orders, bills of lading, and shipping documents; report any discrepancies or damages
- Accurately record receiving information, quality checks, and inventory transactions in company systems
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to store, move, and organize materials in designated storage locations
- Transport raw materials, packaging materials, finished products, and waste materials to support production schedules and operational requirements
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock checks, identify discrepancies, and report inventory variances to ensure inventory accuracy
- Perform basic operational and production support activities, including material handling, visual inspections, weight checks, and reporting quality concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by cleaning equipment, work areas, and ensuring proper housekeeping standards at all times
- Comply with all Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) standards, identify and report hazards, and promptly communicate equipment issues, defects, or non compliance concerns to supervisors
Requirements
- Solid background in warehouse with 2 3+ years of experience and understanding of warehouse environment
- Basic computer skills
- Forklift operations (forklift certification is an asset)
- Availability to work in regular 8 hours shift time
- Knowledge of working in a safe way with understanding of safety aspects
- Strong communication skills, structured and organized approach
- Team player with efficient team communication skills
- This is a shift job: morning and afternoon mostly but may have night shifts if required

What you’ll do
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods against purchase orders, bills of lading, and shipping documents; report any discrepancies or damages.
