Forklift Operator 3rd Shift (Mon-Thur)

Maintains company standards for cleanliness, food and equipment safety and productivity in the production area.

Rotates raw and packaging materials upon receipt and when returning to storage after use.

Ensures all raw materials containers are proplerly labeled.

Identifies products to be shipped, verifies label and codes, loads appropriate amount onto trucks to be shipped.

Enters information for inventory of products corresponding to amount received and shipped.

Ensures compliance to quality, food safety, 5S, OSHA and HACCP support programs; assures conformity to all company, customer and government standards.

Transports waste to waste collection area

Load empty drums as required.

Empty parking lot trash cans.

Perform all other duties as required, assigned or directed by Supervisor.

1-3 years of forklift experience in an industrial manufacturing environment. Food manufacturing is a plus!

High School Diploma preferred

The production environment is loud and associates are required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment. Associates may be exposed to dust, chemicals, and allergens. The associate is required to sit, stand, bend, lift in excess of 50lbs.
