Forklift Driver

Located in or near Lonsdale.

Prior experience within the Distribution & logistics Industry is highly desirable

Experience using Microsoft office

Ability to work from the Lonsdale site full time (Mon-Fri – 6:00am - 2:00pm or 7:00am - 3:00pm )

Full and Unrestricted Australian working rights – We do not offer visa sponsorship of any kind

Valid Police Check

Valid forklift licence

Be physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

Successful completion of pre-employment medical

$34.00 per hour + super + allowances

14 weeks Parental Leave (primary carer)

As a Customer Service Operator – Forklift Driver you will report to the Trade Store Manager, where you will be responsible for distribution activities through the daily operations of the Lonsdale trade store.

Some tasks as part of this role include:

Hand unloading plasterboard as an offsider

Dealing with Customers face-to-face & over the phone

Picking & Packing orders on a daily basis

Regularly check & make up orders

Receipt goods & checking off paperwork while maintaining due diligence

Loading/unloading customer vehicles

Maintain operational equipment and report any faults or damage to management

Record and report any customer complaints to the Trade Stores Manager regarding product and / or service via Knauf's complaint and customer procedures

Assist with stock take / inventory counts process to ensure accurate inventory records are maintained

General warehouse duties & housekeeping
