Fexmax is seeking a Forex Telesales Executive to join their Dubai sales team.

The role focuses on acquiring new retail traders through outbound calling, lead follow-ups, and relationship building.

The ideal candidate has experience in forex, CFD, trading, financial services, or telesales and is confident handling high-volume outbound calls.

Make outbound calls to prospective traders and investors.
Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and other acquisition channels.
Explain the trading platform, account features, instruments, and services clearly to prospective clients.
Understand the prospect's trading interests and requirements.
Handle objections related to trust, platform features, spreads, fees, onboarding, and competition.
Guide interested prospects through the account-opening and onboarding process.
Maintain regular follow-ups through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Convert qualified leads into registered and active trading clients.
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups in the CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build long-term relationships with traders and improve client activation and retention.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
