Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of Forex Sales Executives
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and monitor team performance
- Generate new trading account registrations and First Time Deposits (FTDs)
- Convert leads into active traders
- Recruit and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs) and develop affiliate partnerships
- Develop regional expansion strategies and analyze competitor activities
- Maintain accurate sales records within CRM and prepare reports
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in Forex/CFD brokerage sales
- Proven track record in client acquisition and FTD generation
- Experience managing sales teams
- Strong knowledge of Forex, CFDs, Gold (XAUUSD), Crypto, and financial markets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent English communication

Position Overview
- We are seeking a results driven Forex/CFD Sales Manager who can develop and manage a high performing sales team while driving growth through direct client acquisition, Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, and Trading Influencers.
- The ideal candidate should have previous experience in the Forex/CFD brokerage industry and a strong understanding of trader acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of Forex Sales Executives; set targets; monitor performance; conduct meetings and reviews.
- Client Acquisition: Generate new trading account registrations and FTDs; convert leads; develop strategies to increase deposits and trading volumes; build relationships with high value traders.
- IB & Partnership Development: Recruit and manage IBs; develop affiliate and referral partnerships; identify and onboard trading educators and influencers; conduct business meetings.
- Business Growth: Develop regional expansion strategies; analyze competitors; work with marketing team; identify new revenue opportunities.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records; prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports; monitor conversion ratios and sales funnel.
Requirements
- Mandatory: Minimum 3 years experience in Forex/CFD brokerage sales; proven track record in client acquisition and FTD generation; experience managing sales teams; strong knowledge of Forex, CFDs, Gold, Crypto, and financial markets; excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluent English.
- Preferred: Existing network of traders, IBs, or affiliates; experience with CRM systems; knowledge of MENA, Asia, or African markets; Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or additional language skills.
