Foreman/Site Supervisor

We are seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on interior fit-out projects across the UAE.

The ideal candidate must have specific experience in handling high-end finishes for residential villas, commercial offices, F&B outlets, and medical clinics.

You will be responsible for managing site labor, ensuring snag-free handovers, and coordinating between project managers and site contractors.

• Site Supervision & Coordination: Supervise and coordinate daily fit-out activities on-site, including civil works, MEP rough-ins, joinery installation, and finishing works.
• Task Management: Assign tasks to technicians (carpenters, painters, tilers, electricians) and monitor performance to ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Technical Compliance: Ensure all work is executed strictly according to interior design drawings, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), material specifications, and project schedules.
• Fit-Out Specifics: Oversee specialized works including gypsum ceiling installation, wall paneling, flooring (tiling, marble, parquet), painting, and custom joinery.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure high-quality finishes and identify snags/deficiencies for immediate rectification before client handover.
• Safety Enforcement: Maintain workplace safety in line with UAE HSE regulations, ensuring site cleanliness and safe working practices.
• Resource Management: Inspect tools, equipment, and materials delivered to the site to ensure they meet project quality standards and minimize wastage.
• Team Leadership: Train and guide workers on proper installation techniques and finishing standards.
• Progress Reporting: Monitor attendance, workforce productivity, and prepare daily site reports for the Project Manager.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with interior designers, MEP engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve onsite conflicts and technical issues.

• UAE Fit-Out Expertise: Strong knowledge of UAE construction methods, materials, and authority approvals (DM, Civil Defense..).
• Technical Drawing: Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior design, and MEP technical drawings.
• Finishing Knowledge: Deep understanding of various finishes (paint, wallpaper, veneer, stone, tiles) and their correct application methods.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills to handle diverse site labor forces.
• Problem Solving: Ability to make quick decisions and resolve onsite technical or logistical conflicts.
• Communication: Effective communication skills in English (Hindi/Malayalam/Arabic is a plus) to liaise with management and workers.
• Time Management: Ability to manage tight deadlines and fast-track fit-out schedules.
• Safety Awareness: Valid UAE safety training and knowledge of site safety protocols.

• Minimum Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Site Supervisor in the UAE.
• Industry Specifics: Mandatory experience in Interiors and Fit-Out (Residential, Commercial, F&B, or Clinics).
• Supervisory: Prior experience managing a team of workers is required.
