We're seeking experienced Foreman in Carpentry, Masonry, and Concrete to lead field operations and drive project success.
These roles are ideal for hands-on leaders who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about craftsmanship, safety, and team development.
Project Execution And Coordination
- Supervise and delegate tasks
- Plan and schedule manpower, equipment, and materials for daily operations
- Collaborate with superintendents to align with project timelines
- Track equipment usage and coordinate preventive maintenance
Communication and Reporting:
- Communicate technical details clearly to project teams and subcontractors
- Participate in pre-task planning and coordinate meetings
- Maintain accurate daily logs, timesheets, and documentation
- Report incidents, equipment issues, and material shortages promptly
Quality Control
- Ensure all self-performed work meets or exceeds project specifications
- Complete tasks within labor and material budgets
- Continuously improve procedures and standards across trades
