Mechanical Foreman Duties
- Supervise maintenance, repair, and servicing of construction plant and machinery.
- Coordinate daily activities of mechanics, technicians, electricians, and equipment operators.
- Inspect machinery, identify faults, and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance follows approved schedules.
- Monitor excavators, loaders, cranes, forklifts, generators, compressors, rollers, batching plants, pumps, and other construction equipment.
- Coordinate breakdown maintenance and minimize downtime.
- Maintain equipment breakdown, repair, servicing, spare-parts, and maintenance records.
- Coordinate equipment requirements, availability, allocation, procurement, inspections, testing, and certification.
- Monitor operator inspection checklists, maintain workshop facilities, investigate recurring failures, and prepare reports.
- Ensure HSE compliance and safe working practices during maintenance and machinery operations.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500 to AED 5,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
Requirements
- Knowledge of maintenance, repair, and servicing for construction plant and machinery.
- Ability to coordinate mechanics, technicians, electricians, equipment operators, project teams, suppliers, and external service providers.
- Compliance with HSE requirements and safe working practices during maintenance and machinery operations.
