Overview
We are looking for an experienced and reliable **Fit-Out Foreman** to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating workers and subcontractors, and ensuring fit-out works are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily fit-out and finishing works on-site.
- Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, laborers, and site workers.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and report site updates to the project team.
- Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.
- Coordinate with engineers, suppliers, and other trades on-site.
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and timely project completion.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fit-out/interior works supervision.
- Strong knowledge of interior finishing, gypsum, painting, flooring, ceiling, and joinery works.
- Ability to read drawings and coordinate site execution.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of site safety procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- GCC/Qatar experience is preferred.
