- Manage and guide carpenters, helpers, and other workers on site
- Monitor material usage and ensure proper handling of tools and machinery
- Conduct site inspections to ensure safety and quality compliance
- Resolve on site issues related to joinery installation and finishing
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Joinery Foreman in interior fit out or joinery projects
- Strong knowledge of wood joinery, carpentry techniques, and installation works
- Ability to read and understand joinery shop drawings
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Experience working on interior fit out projects in the UAE is preferred
- Ability to manage deadlines and maintain quality standards
