Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in dirtwork or heavy civil construction with demonstrated leadership responsibilities.
- Proven ability to operate and supervise the use of heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and graders.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and construction site safety practices.
