Urban Crowns Technical Services is looking for a Foreman cum Driver for a permanent contract in Dubai. The role involves supervising daily maintenance activities, coordinating technicians, and driving company vehicles.

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily maintenance activities and coordinate work assignments for technicians on multiple sites
- Allocate manpower, monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
- Drive company vehicles safely to transport technicians, tools, equipment and materials to assigned locations
- Ensure all maintenance teams arrive at sites on schedule and perform assigned work efficiently
- Conduct site inspections to monitor quality of work and compliance with company standards
- Coordinate with clients, tenants and supervisors regarding job status, work schedules and site requirements
- Monitor attendance, productivity and performance of field technicians
- Ensure availability of required tools, materials and spare parts before mobilizing to sites
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, conduct routine inspections and report any maintenance requirements
- Prepare daily work reports, vehicle logs and site progress updates accurately
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and arrange immediate team deployment
- Ensure adherence to health, safety and operational procedures on all project sites
Requirements
- Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
- Facility Management / Technical Services / Site Supervision (UAE – 4–7 years' experience)
- High School / Technical Diploma preferred
