- Generate and manage leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and direct outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with academy directors, coaches, agents, and decision makers
- Guide prospects through the full registration and onboarding process
- Achieve monthly and event based sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline status
- Provide feedback on market trends and opportunities within assigned regions
Requirements
- Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written)
- Proven experience in sales (sports, events, football, or related industries preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Highly motivated, target driven, and comfortable in a performance based environment
- Ability to work on site in Dubai

About the Role
- We are looking for a motivated and results driven Football Events Sales Executive (Russian Speaker) to support the growth of our international football events.
- The role focuses on promoting and selling participation in our football events in Dubai, including tournaments and Professional Football Camps.
- This position is based in Dubai.
