PAN ARAB SPORTS ACADEMY is seeking a part-time Football Coach for weekends in Dubai South to coach players aged U5-U16. The role requires an AFC C Licence or equivalent, 2+ years of coaching experience, and availability on Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high quality, engaging football training sessions for players aged U5 U16
- Create a positive, safe, and enjoyable learning environment
- Develop players' technical, tactical, physical, and social skills
- Monitor and maintain accurate attendance records
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills with players, parents, and management
- Effectively manage training sessions, equipment, and venue operations
- Ensure sessions are organized, professional, and aligned with academy philosophy
- Provide constructive feedback to players
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, punctuality, and safeguarding
- Represent academy positively during sessions, matches, tournaments, and events
Requirements
- AFC C Licence, FA Level 2, or equivalent football coaching qualification
- Minimum 2 years of football coaching experience with players aged U5 U16
- Available to work on Saturdays and Sundays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to independently plan and deliver structured football training sessions
- Valid Police Clearance Certificate (UAE or Home Country)
- Valid UAE Driving Licence (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high quality, engaging football training sessions for players aged U5 U16.
- Create a positive, safe, and enjoyable learning environment for all participants.
- Develop players' technical, tactical, physical, and social skills.
- Monitor and maintain accurate attendance records for all training sessions.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills when interacting with players, parents, and academy management.
- Effectively manage training sessions, equipment, and venue operations.
- Ensure all sessions are organized, professional, and aligned with the academy's coaching philosophy.
- Provide constructive feedback to players to support their development and progression.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, punctuality, and safeguarding practices.
- Represent the academy positively during training sessions, matches, tournaments, and events.
Minimum Requirements
- AFC C Licence, FA Level 2, or an equivalent football coaching qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of football coaching experience working with players aged U5 U16.
- Available to work on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently plan and deliver structured football training sessions.

- Passion for youth football development and player progression.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience coaching within a football academy, school, or sports club.
- First Aid Certification.
- Experience coaching players of different abilities and age groups.
- Ability to manage groups effectively while maintaining a fun and engaging learning environment.
Contract Type
- This is a temporary, contract based position with weekend coaching duties at our Dubai South location.
- Contract extensions and additional coaching opportunities may be available based on performance and academy requirements.
