Food and Beverage & Culinary role at St. Regis Hotels & Resorts.
The position is full time and located at Palm Jumeirah in Dubai.

Food Service Operations
- Coordinate teamwork to provide effective service and meet guest needs.
- Monitor staff appearance, dress standards, storage areas, FIFO rotation, and cleanliness.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including setup, equipment cleaning, and securing service areas.
- Complete inventory and stock records and order required supplies.
- Monitor dining-room availability, service, guest safety, and guest well-being.
- Submit maintenance work orders for repairs.
Staff and Compliance Support
- Support management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, coaching, discipline, motivation, and employee development.
- Apply safety policies, report maintenance issues, hazards, accidents, and injuries, and complete required safety training.
- Maintain confidentiality, protect company property, support colleagues, and follow quality standards.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and colleagues and respond appropriately to concerns.
Recommended Qualifications
- Secondary-school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of related work experience.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- No permit or certification is required according to the source.
Physical Requirements
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 22.7 kg without assistance.
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or a full shift.
- Read and visually verify information and inspect tools, equipment, and machines.
- Use hand coordination, reach overhead and below the knees, and move through confined or elevated spaces.
