Position Summary
Coordinate staff teamwork to provide optimum food and beverage service and meet guest needs.
Support dining operations while maintaining service, safety, quality, and guest care standards.
Core Responsibilities
- Inspect staff grooming and attire and correct deficiencies.
- Complete opening and closing duties, including setup, cleaning, and securing work areas.
- Inspect storage areas for organization, FIFO usage, and cleanliness.
- Complete scheduled inventories and requisition necessary supplies.
- Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being.
- Complete maintenance work orders.
- Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
- Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and respond to concerns.
- Develop positive working relationships and support team goals.
- Identify and implement improvements to efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost savings.
Work Environment
- The position is based at Palm Jumeirah in Dubai and is not remote.
- The role requires extended standing, sitting, or walking during work shifts.
- The role requires lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- The role requires movement through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces and use of stairs or service ramps.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- At least 2 years of related work experience is preferred.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience is preferred.
- No license or certification is specified.

Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management and complete safety training.
Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality of proprietary information, and protection of company assets.
