Role Overview

Coordinate consistent teamwork to provide effective service and meet guest needs.

Support management with employee hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, coaching, discipline, motivation, and development.

Service and Daily Operations

  • Monitor employee appearance and uniforms and correct deficiencies.
  • Complete opening and closing tasks, including preparing supplies, cleaning equipment and areas, and securing doors.
  • Monitor dining room availability, service, safety, and guest well-being.
  • Welcome guests and respond appropriately to guest and employee concerns.

Inventory and Maintenance

  • Monitor storage areas, FIFO stock rotation, cleanliness, inventories, and scheduled stock counts.
  • Complete stock documentation and order required supplies.
  • Submit maintenance work orders and report maintenance problems, hazards, accidents, or injuries.

Safety and Quality

  • Follow company safety policies and procedures and complete required safety training and certifications.
  • Maintain clean and professional appearance, protect company property, and preserve confidential information.
  • Support quality assurance standards and treat colleagues with dignity and respect.

Communication and Physical Requirements

  • Use clear, courteous, and professional language when communicating with guests and employees and when answering the telephone.
  • Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, inspect equipment visually, use hand-eye coordination, and navigate stairs, ramps, and confined spaces.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Secondary school diploma or equivalent is recommended.
  • At least two years of related work experience is recommended.
  • At least one year of supervisory experience is recommended.
  • No permit or certification is listed as required.

Schedule and Location

  • Full-time position located on site in Salwa Road, Doha, Qatar.
