Position Information

Food Service Supervision

• Ensure staff work as a team to provide optimal service and meet guest needs.
• Inspect staff grooming and attire and correct deficiencies.
• Complete opening and closing duties, including organizing supplies, cleaning equipment and areas, and securing doors.
• Inspect storage areas for organization, cleanliness, and FIFO compliance.
• Complete scheduled inventories and order or replenish necessary supplies.
• Monitor seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being in dining areas.
• Create maintenance work orders for repairs.

People and Guest Support

• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, counseling, discipline, motivation, and employee coaching.
• Serve as a role model and first point of contact for fair treatment and open-door processes.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, answer calls using appropriate etiquette, and respond appropriately to employee concerns.

Desirable Qualifications

• Secondary-school diploma or GED equivalent is desirable.
• At least 2 years of related work experience is desirable.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience is desirable.
• No license or certification is specified.

Safety and Physical Requirements

• Follow company safety and quality policies, report maintenance issues, hazards, accidents, and injuries, and complete safety training and certifications.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 50 pounds or 22.50 kilograms without assistance.
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and inspect information, tools, equipment, and machinery visually.
• Use fine motor coordination, reach overhead and below the knees, and navigate narrow, confined, elevated, stair, and ramp areas.
