Position Information

Food Service Operations

• Coordinate teamwork to provide optimal service and meet customer needs.
• Complete opening and closing duties, including setup, equipment cleaning, and securing service areas.
• Monitor storage areas, stock rotation, cleanliness, dining room availability, service, safety, and customer well-being.
• Complete inventory and stock records and order required supplies.
• Submit maintenance work orders for repairs.

People and Customer Support

• Support management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, coaching, discipline, motivation, and employee development.
• Monitor staff appearance and uniforms and correct deficiencies.
• Welcome customers, respond appropriately to concerns, and communicate professionally by telephone and in person.
• Support colleagues and treat them with dignity and respect.

Safety and Standards

• Follow chain safety policies and report maintenance issues, hazards, accidents, and injuries.
• Maintain a clean and professional uniform and appearance.
• Protect confidential information and company property.
• Meet quality assurance expectations and complete required safety training and certifications.

Recommended Qualifications

• A secondary school diploma or equivalent is recommended.
• At least two years of related work experience is recommended.
• At least one year of supervisory experience is recommended.
• No permit or certification is required according to the source.

Physical Requirements

• Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or a full work shift.
• Read and visually verify information in different formats and inspect equipment for defects.
• Use fine motor coordination, reach above and below the knees, navigate confined spaces, and use stairs and service ramps.
