Compensation
- The rate of pay is $17.95 per hour.
- The position is part-time and fixed term.
- Four positions are open.
Role Overview
Food Services Associates will primarily perform duties at Tim Hortons and/or Pizza Pizza outlets within Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre.
The role is part of the Food and Beverage department.
Responsibilities
- Provide fast, efficient service and maintain an exceptional customer experience.
- Operate the cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
- Process food and drink orders accurately and prepare them promptly.
- Use product knowledge and suggestive selling during transactions.
- Assist with catering setup, teardown, displays, and cleanup.
- Receive deliveries and stock storage areas.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, hygiene, quality, and safety standards.
- Follow supervisor directions and applicable legislation and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Food Handlers Certification is mandatory.
- Valid Smart Serve Certificate is mandatory.
