Responsibilities
- Oversee and grow sales channels in the food service sector, including cafes, restaurants, hotels, and other institutional clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage existing key accounts, and develop sales plans that align with company and revenue goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand product offerings, pricing, and quality standards, ensuring clients receive appropriate solutions and support
- Track sales performance, prepare regular reports and forecasts, and provide feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Coach and guide team members, collaborate with marketing on promotions, and ensure customer service standards are consistently met or exceeded
Requirements
- Strong background in Food Service, with experience working with cafes, restaurants, hotels, or similar channels
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including pipeline development, negotiation, and closing deals
- Experience in Business Planning, including setting targets, budgeting, and performance analysis
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with a focus on building long term, trust based relationships
- Previous experience in food, beverages, or hospitality is highly preferred
- Ability to work on site in Jeddah and travel locally to meet clients as needed
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
- Proven ability to work with cross functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and planning
