Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food Server at our Lusail location.
The Food Server will greet guests, take food and beverage orders, ensure accurate and prompt service, and maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
They will also handle customer interactions with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring a superior dining experience aligns with Firefly Burger's high standards.
Team collaboration, commitment to excellence, and adherence to food safety regulations are core aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Communication skills to engage positively with guests and ensure their satisfaction
- Food & Beverage and Food Service experience to manage orders accurately and deliver meals promptly
- Basic knowledge or experience in Cooking is a plus to support kitchen operations when needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating teamwork, adaptability, and attention to detail
- Willingness to comply with food safety and hygiene standards
- Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is advantageous
