About the Role
Atheel KAFD Hotel is seeking a full-time, on-site Food Server in Jeddah to greet guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and maintain dining area cleanliness. Candidates should have strong customer service skills, knowledge of food service operations, and flexibility to work shifts.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests, present menus, take food and beverage orders, and serve items in a timely, professional manner
- Set up and clear tables, ensure cleanliness and readiness of the dining area
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to deliver orders accurately
- Explain menu items, make recommendations, handle special dietary requests
- Process payments as needed
- Provide courteous, attentive service throughout each guest’s dining experience
- Support team members to maintain high hospitality standards
Requirements
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage and Food Service operations
- Basic Cooking awareness to understand ingredients and dietary considerations
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in hotel, restaurant, or catering service is preferred
- High level of personal presentation, attention to detail, and commitment to hygiene and safety standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods, carry trays, and perform physically active tasks
- Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Arabic are an advantage
