Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Doha for a Food Server within MHL's hospitality services.
The Food Server will be responsible for providing excellent food service and customer care, delivering food and beverages to clients or team members, and maintaining clean and organized service areas.
Daily tasks include assisting with meal preparation, ensuring food safety standards, communicating effectively with customers and team members, and collaborating with the kitchen and support staff.
This role requires a passion for culinary service and a strong dedication to enhancing guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Food & Beverage and Food Service with knowledge of proper serving techniques and food safety standards.
- Experience in Cooking and a basic understanding of meal preparation and kitchen safety practices.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to busy service times effectively.
- Prior experience as a food server, waiter, or in a food and beverage role is a plus.
