Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for a Food Server at Pinoy Avenue Restaurant.
The Food Server will be responsible for welcoming and seating guests, taking and delivering accurate food and beverage orders, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining cleanliness standards in the dining area.
The role also involves communicating effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure prompt and accurate order delivery, addressing guest questions or concerns, and assisting in creating a pleasant and efficient dining experience.
Qualifications
- Effective Customer Service and Communication skills
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage service and Food Service practices
- Basic Cooking and food preparation skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and maintain professionalism under pressure
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is a plus
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude towards guests and colleagues
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Filipino and other languages is an advantage
