As a
Food Server
at Royal Gujrat Restaurant and Sweets, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional dining experience to our guests.
You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering prompt, friendly, and professional service.
Your attentiveness and excellent communication skills will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers in a warm and friendly manner
- Present menus, answer questions and make recommendations on food and beverages
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring all orders are correct and served in a timely manner
- Ensure the table setting is clean and well-organized before and after guests are seated
- Address guest concerns or requests in a courteous manner to ensure satisfaction
- Monitor and refill beverages, clear plates, and maintain a tidy dining area
- Follow restaurant policies regarding safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
- Process customer payments and issue receipts using the cash register or POS system
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Qualifications And Skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be fluent in both
- English and Urdu
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
