About the Role
The employer is seeking an energetic, customer-focused, and well-groomed waitress for a hospitality role in Doha, Qatar.
The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Candidates must currently be based in Qatar and available to start immediately.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and provide recommendations on food and beverages.
- Take accurate orders and ensure timely service.
- Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the dining experience.
- Handle guest requests and concerns efficiently.
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen and service teams.
- Process bills and payments accurately.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a waitress in a restaurant, café, lounge, hotel, or hospitality venue.
- Excellent grooming and professional presentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service orientation with a friendly personality.
