Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of food production, storage, preparation, and distribution facilities.
• Monitor compliance with food safety regulations, standards, and internal procedures.
• Implement and maintain food safety management systems such as HACCP.
• Investigate food safety incidents, customer complaints, and non-conformities.
• Perform risk assessments and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Collect samples and coordinate laboratory testing when required.
• Maintain food safety records, reports, and documentation.
• Conduct employee food safety and hygiene training.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Ensure proper sanitation, pest control, and hygiene practices are followed.
• Stay updated on food safety legislation and industry best practices.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Should be Available In Qatar, with valid QID + NOC, Mandatory to change sponsorship.
• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Nutrition, or related field.
• **Willing to join immediately / 1 month notice**
• 2–5 years of experience in food manufacturing, preferably in sweets, chocolate, bakery, or confectionery production.
• HACCP certification required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Pay: Up to QAR3,500.00 per month
