Food & Drinks Manager

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Manage daily food and beverage operations for designated outlets.
• Implement quality, service, and marketing strategies that maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Develop guest satisfaction strategies, monitor trends, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee administrative and planning functions for the Food & Beverage department.
• Implement cost controls for food, beverage, and labor expenses.
• Support exceptional food and beverage quality, service, revenue generation, and profitability.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor team members and provide professional development opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

• A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is required.
• 5–7 years of experience in food and beverage operations is required.
• Supervisory or managerial experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, service excellence, and operational planning abilities are required.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools is required.
• Fluent English and effective team coordination and guest interaction skills are required.
• Candidates should be detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to high-quality service.
