Responsibilities
- Safely pick up food and beverage orders from partner restaurants or vendors
- Deliver orders to customers across Dubai in a timely and professional manner
- Review delivery schedules and navigate to pickup and drop off locations
- Confirm order accuracy and handle payments or receipts when required
- Provide courteous customer service upon delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of vehicle or bike
- Follow all traffic and safety regulations
- Adhere to XOOM’s standards for punctuality and order handling
Requirements
- Skills in Food Delivery and Food Service to manage pickups, deliveries, and safe handling of food orders
- Skills in Customer Service to interact courteously with customers and restaurant partners
- Skills in Food & Beverage to understand basic food handling practices and order requirements
- Basic Accounting or cash handling skills to manage payments, receipts, and simple records when needed
- Valid motorcycle or vehicle license (as applicable), with a clean driving record
- Good knowledge of Dubai routes and traffic regulations, with strong time management and navigation abilities
- Ability to lift and carry delivery bags, work on shifts, and remain reliable under time pressure
- Prior experience in delivery, logistics, or hospitality is an advantage
- Proficiency in English, with additional languages considered beneficial

Role Description
- Safely picking up food and beverage orders from partner restaurants or vendors and delivering them to customers across Dubai in a timely and professional manner.
- Reviewing delivery schedules, navigating to pickup and drop off locations, confirming order accuracy, handling payments or receipts when required, and providing courteous customer service upon delivery.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and basic upkeep of their vehicle or bike, following all traffic and safety regulations, and adhering to XOOM’s standards for punctuality and order handling.
- This is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, requiring flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and peak hours as needed.
