- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in food commodities
- Manage and expand relationships with wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and food manufacturers
- Lead price negotiations and commercial discussions with customers
- Monitor commodity market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
- Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve performance targets
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and finance departments for smooth transaction execution
- Ensure timely collection of receivables and adherence to credit policies
- Prepare sales forecasts, market reports, and business development plans
- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field
- Minimum 5 8 years of experience in food commodity trading sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales and business growth targets
- Strong network within the food trading, wholesale, or FMCG industry
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of import/export and commodity trading processes is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Driving License (Preferred)

- AED10,000.00 AED15,000.00 per month
