Food and Beverage Supervisor responsible for supervising restaurant service and supporting an Italian dining experience.
The role combines floor leadership, guest engagement, team development, and operational coordination.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations and lead the floor during service.
- Guide and motivate the service team while maintaining warm, attentive hospitality.
- Support menu knowledge, upselling, guest engagement, reservations, seating, and guest requests.
- Ensure product quality and presentation meet Italian culinary standards.
- Assist with training, coaching, and onboarding of team members.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and daily checklists.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, operational, and service-to-kitchen communication standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant service or supervisory roles, preferably in Italian or premium dining.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a guest-first mindset.
- Understanding of restaurant operations, service flow, and team coordination.
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine and dining culture is a strong advantage.
- Italian language proficiency is a plus.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with confidence managing busy service periods.
- Comfort with POS systems and basic administrative reporting.
