- Complete opening and closing duties including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and locking doors
- Inspect storage areas for organization, FIFO, and cleanliness
- Complete scheduled inventories and stock/requisition necessary supplies
- Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well being
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees
Requirements
- Ability to ensure staff work as a team and meet guest needs
- Experience in opening/closing duties and inventory management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Previous supervisory experience in hospitality

Position Summary

- Complete opening and closing duties including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and locking doors.
- Inspect storage areas for organization, FIFO, and cleanliness.
- Complete scheduled inventories and stock/requisition necessary supplies.
- Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well being.
- Complete work orders for maintenance repairs.
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees.
- Serve as a role model and first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.
- Follow all company and safety/security policies; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality.
- Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests.
Physical Requirements
- Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period or entire work shift.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight.
- Move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces.
- Move up and down stairs and/or service ramps.
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
