The hours of work are 14:00 - 23:00 Monday - Sunday - 5 shifts per week.
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
Oversee daily outlet operations ensuring efficiency and consistency
Maintain high food quality and presentation standards
Ensure adherence to opening/closing procedures
Support rostering and labour optimisation
Deliver exceptional customer service
Resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
Maintain high presentation standards
Drive a customer-first culture
Drive upselling and product availability
Lead, coach, and develop team members
Support onboarding and training
Foster a positive, inclusive team culture
Address performance and behaviour concerns
Looking for someone with eye for detail, very hands on with Asian Cuisine Experience is Highly Desirable.
Previous experience in a Food & Beverage or Hospitality supervisory role
Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments
Experience managing teams and operational workflows
Exceptional customer service
