Role Overview
As our Food & Beverage Duty Manager, you will play a key role in leading service delivery across:
• Sociali Trattoria & Bar, serving buffet breakfast and à la carte lunch and dinner, seven days per week
• Verde on Smythe, our vibrant café operating seven days per week
This position is predominantly focused on breakfast and lunch operations, working Wednesday to Sunday, with the flexibility to support other shifts and food and beverage outlets as required within the management team roster.
You will be responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences, driving team engagement, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across both venues.
