The Food and Beverage Supervisor oversees the seamless execution of daily banquet operations and delivers memorable hospitality experiences.
The role involves coordinating events, supervising Food and Beverage teams, and maintaining high standards for guests and team members.
Responsibilities
- Provide upbeat, friendly, and proactive service during guest interactions.
- Plan, organize, and execute breakfasts, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, cocktail receptions, galas, and other events.
- Oversee function-room setup, including linens, silverware, glassware, and chinaware, according to event specifications and quality standards.
- Communicate event specifications, procedures, and updates to relevant Food and Beverage teams.
- Ensure function rooms are properly broken down and equipment is stored correctly for the next event.
- Schedule, supervise, coach, and recognize Food and Beverage team members.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
