The role supports Roast Specialty Coffee and Zad Food Store through procurement, sourcing, inventory control, and outlet logistics.

Key responsibilities
- Source and procure premium raw materials, coffee beans, dairy, fresh ingredients, and packaging supplies.
- Maintain supplier relationships to secure competitive pricing and favorable credit terms.
- Monitor outlet inventory to prevent stockouts and minimize food wastage.
- Inspect deliveries for quality, hygiene, and shelf-life compliance.
- Coordinate daily logistics and emergency stock requests for outlets.
- Visit local wholesale markets to inspect goods and negotiate purchases.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of procurement or storekeeping experience in the UAE F&B, specialty coffee, or grocery retail sector.
- Ability to work under pressure, handle last-minute supply shortages, and manage fast-paced operational demands.
- Strong practical capability and understanding of local wholesale F&B markets.
- Strong negotiation and bargaining skills with basic Excel proficiency.
- Fluent English is required.
- A valid UAE driving license is strictly mandatory.
Compensation
- The advertised compensation is AED 3,000 to AED 6,000 per month.
