Responsibilities
- Lead operations across 15 outlets + 1 Central Kitchen
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence
- Own P&L performance, budgeting, labor costs & cost control
- Ensure consistent SOPs, food safety, and brand standards
- Coach and develop Area Managers, Restaurant Managers & Central Kitchen leadership
- Track KPIs and drive action plans for performance & guest satisfaction
- Partner with Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain & Marketing
- Lead new outlet openings and expansion projects
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, HACCP & H&S standards
- Build a high performance, accountability driven culture
Requirements
- 20+ years in F&B
- 10+ years in multi unit operations leadership
- Proven experience managing multiple outlets + a Central Kitchen
- Strong background in QSR, casual dining & delivery concepts
- Expertise in P&L management, cost control & team leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
