The opportunity
The Store Manager will own daily operations, team performance, and customer experience at Binghatti Amber.
The role works directly with the owners on business priorities and major decisions while managing day-to-day operations.
Leading the team
- Coordinate recruitment with the owners and lead onboarding, training, and performance reviews.
- Build a positive, accountable team culture with clear service standards.
- Develop team members to manage shifts confidently and independently.
Running the store
- Oversee daily service, opening and closing procedures, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Keep products and toppings fresh, available, and consistently presented.
- Maintain equipment care routines and coordinate preventative maintenance.
- Identify practical improvements to service speed and daily workflows.
Scheduling and labour
- Prepare weekly staff schedules that match customer demand and manage labour costs.
- Ensure effective coverage during evenings, weekends, and busy periods.
- Manage attendance, shift changes, and daily task allocation.
Inventory and financial control
- Coordinate suppliers, ordering, deliveries, stock rotation, and stock counts.
Requirements
- Ability to take ownership of daily store operations, team performance, and customer experience.
- Ability to lead onboarding, training, performance reviews, and team development.
- Ability to prepare demand-based staff schedules and manage labour costs.
- Ability to maintain service standards, product freshness, and store presentation.
