Folder Gluer Machine Operator - 1st Shift

Experience: Ideal candidates should have at least 5+ years of prior experience operating a WARD Flexo with 4 Colors.

Skills: Ability to read and follow instructions related to safety, quality, and job procedures Strong mathematical skills for calculations such as percentages, volume, and measurements. Mechanical understanding to identify equipment issues and improve machine performance.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and perform carious tasks such as stooping, kneeling, and reaching.

Certifications: Lift Truck Operator License may be required.
