Role Overview
Bozgun Property Management LLC is hiring a Building / Technical Supervisor in Dubai.
The role oversees daily maintenance and technical operations for residential properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise maintenance technicians and contractors.
- Conduct regular building inspections.
- Handle maintenance emergencies and resident complaints.
- Follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Monitor contractors and ensure quality and timely completion.
- Prepare maintenance reports and follow up on outstanding issues.
Requirements
- More than 3 years of UAE experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or property management.
- Strong MEP, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing knowledge.
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Good English communication skills.
- A UAE driving licence is an advantage.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,500 to AED 6,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
