About the Role

- Coordinate daily facilities management operations and maintenance activities
- Prepare and manage work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, and service reports
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Monitor staff attendance, deployment, and site activities
- Maintain records of maintenance requests, quotations, invoices, and contracts
- Prepare reports and update management on operational performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health, safety, and quality standards
- Handle customer complaints and follow up on service requests
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Facilities Management coordination
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Experience with CAFM systems is an advantage
