Flutter Developer - Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Flutter Developer to join our mobile development team.
The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of professional mobile development experience and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms using the Flutter framework.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead technical initiatives, mentor junior developers, work on innovative projects, and contribute strategically to our organization's mobile strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement sophisticated user interfaces that are intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
- Write clean, maintainable, well-documented, and production-ready code following best practices and coding standards
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across different devices, OS versions, and network conditions
- Integrate and manage third-party APIs, SDKs, and services into mobile applications
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept, design, development, testing, deployment to maintenance
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to their professional growth and skill development
- Stay updated with the latest Flutter developments, tools, industry best practices, and emerging technologies
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, methodologies, and architectural decisions
- Participate in technical discussions and provide recommendations for technology stack and architectural improvements.
- Ensure code quality through implementation of testing strategies and quality assurance practices Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
