Flow Line Technician (1st shift)

About the Opportunity:

As a Flow Line Tech, you will work in a flowline where parts move from one process to another.

In the role you will be removing the burr from parts that were lasered before moving to subsequent processes such as reaming, countersinking, and marking.

You will be on your feet all day at a workstation, but you will be moving frequently.

This is a full-time role 7:00 am to 3:30 PM Monday through Friday with occasional weekends.

• Deburrmetal detailsusing hand tools to remove burr fromcutting
• Countersinkand ream holes withpresses andhand tools
• Markingparts usingelectronic etchor dot peen
• Inspect own work using basic inspection equipment and quick-check gaging
• Use Kaizen to flow parts and drive down costs
• Responsible for accurately completing paperwork relating to counts, scrap, time according to Company policy
• Performs other related duties as assigned
