Responsibilities
- Design and create high quality artificial bridal bouquets, bridesmaid bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, and wedding floral accessories
- Produce customized floral arrangements for weddings, engagements, and special occasions
- Select and combine artificial flowers, greenery, ribbons, and decorative materials to achieve premium designs
- Consult with clients to understand their vision and provide professional recommendations
- Ensure all floral products are completed on time while maintaining exceptional quality standards
- Maintain inventory of artificial flowers and floral supplies
- Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Stay updated with the latest trends in bridal floral design and wedding décor
- Assist with packaging, presentation, and preparation of orders for delivery or collection
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a florist or floral designer
- Strong specialization in artificial & real flower bridal bouquet design
- Excellent creativity and artistic skills with a strong eye for color and composition
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under deadlines
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Flexible availability to work part time, including weekends and during peak wedding seasons if required

Job Summary

- The ideal candidate should possess excellent artistic skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create elegant, customized designs that meet clients' preferences and event themes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and create high quality artificial bridal bouquets, bridesmaid bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, and wedding floral accessories.
- Produce customized floral arrangements for weddings, engagements, and special occasions.
