- Design and prepare floral arrangements and decorations for daily orders, events, and special occasions
- Ensure all flowers and plants are fresh, well maintained, and beautifully presented
- Collaborate with clients and the floral team to fulfill creative and custom design requests
- Manage flower care, storage, and inventory rotation
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance
- Assist in setup and decoration for events and corporate installations
- Support deliveries, site visits, and operational requirements
- Support hotel maintenance and weekly flower change schedules across different locations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Florist or in a similar creative role
- Strong skills in floral design, arrangement, and decoration
- Creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of flowers, plants, and their seasonal availability
