Florist Reliever
The Florist Reliever supports multiple flower shop branches across the UAE by providing on‑call assistance during staff absences, peak hours, and high‑volume periods.
The role ensures smooth operations, consistent service quality, and timely delivery of floral tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing bouquets, hand‑tied arrangements, and event florals.
Handle walk‑in customers, take quick orders, and provide product suggestions.
Travel between branches within the UAE as required.
Refresh displays, check freshness, and remove expired flowers.
Support cashiering, wrapping, tagging, and general shop upkeep.
Assist with packing, loading, and arranging flowers for events.
Help with stock checks, receiving deliveries, and organizing materials.
Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of florist or floral‑handling experience (UAE experience preferred).
Arabic or Asian candidates with UAE driving license preferred.
Ability to create simple to moderate floral arrangements.
Friendly, fast, and able to handle customer requests efficiently.
Able to work under pressure during peak hours.
Comfortable standing for long periods and handling floral materials.
