Role Overview
Create fresh flower arrangements and professional floral designs for customer orders and floral gifts.
The role requires one to two years of florist experience and hands-on knowledge of floral design.
Key Responsibilities
- Create premium bouquets, hand-tied arrangements, flower boxes, vase arrangements, baskets, and customized floral gifts.
- Create arrangements from customer photographs, references, and customized requirements.
- Prepare floral designs for birthdays, anniversaries, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, weddings, events, and corporate occasions.
- Manage flower conditioning, storage, freshness, inventory rotation, and material usage.
- Work efficiently during high-volume festive and seasonal periods.
- Maintain presentation standards suitable for product photography and online sales.
- Wedding and event installations and table centrepieces are advantageous.
Experience and Skills
- One to two years of florist experience.
- UAE or GCC florist experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of fresh flower varieties, colour combinations, and contemporary floral design.
- Good creativity, speed, attention to detail, and customer focus.

- A practical floral-design test may be conducted during selection.

- Work location is in person.
- Pay starts at AED 2,500 per month.
