- Manage flower inventory and ensure proper storage
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and presentable
- Support daily shop operations and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Florist (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Strong knowledge of flowers, plants, and floral care
- Creative eye for floral design and color combinations
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Flexible to work weekends and holidays when required
